Either this company has too much business or they simply do not need new business. After three calls requesting a call back from a project manager for a metal roof repair evaluation and no call back, I simply gave up. Each time I spoke with the receptionist, who was quite pleasant, she promised a call back and never called back. I'm rating 1 star simply because this business doesn't seem to want or need the business; the potential client should therefore be aware.

Longhorn Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof and installing new gutters. Everyone was great to work with and the attention to detail is amazing. We are extremely pleased with the work done by Longhorn. We have a very high pitched roof with odd angles and difficult dormers. Additionally we had a special request to make an air spaced cold roof on top of our existing roof. It was a difficult job request, and they more than met our needs. The craftsmanship and final trim work was top notch and they were reasonably priced. The house has been transformed and looks great ! Working with Luis and Cindy was a pleasure. This was a great experience with Longhorn. Luis and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure everything was up to the highest standards.
