Have had them provide our propane service for the past three years without issue. A week ago, we called and spoke with someone about topping off our propane tank. She said she'd have the tech call us. Two days later: No call back. I called again and left a VM. Two days later: No call back. We are now shopping propane gas providers in our area. It's a shame that a business is "too busy" for its loyal customers. That's how you go out of business. Update 11/3/23: I left yet another VM two days ago. (We plan to have their tank removed.) No call back. Surprise. Update 11/10/23: Received a call back with an offer to make good. Awaiting to see how it goes. Update 11/20/23: They made good. I appreciated their apology and help. Originally 2 stars, I'm giving them 4 stars now.

My husband reached out several times and could not get the sales representative to return my calls. Therefore we went with another supplier.

Cannot give this company enough praise. They have been wonderful to work with. They professional, on time and courteous. Special thanks thanks to Jeremy and Victoria for their hard work.

Just wanted to give thanks to this company. Victoria and Jeremy were very professional and kind. Jeremy was very polite and did a great job of setting the tank up a head of my scheduled time and not messing up my yard. Thanks again for such a great experience.
