Ease Plumbing - Union County

I paid $509.00 to unclog my kitchen sink. It overflowed in the garage. Kyo couldn’t figure out why it did that. He ran the electric snake without really checking to see what the problem was. He did not know what he was doing because it’s still backing up in both sinks! I tried to use a local company but he said he was coming from Ft. Mill! I just called again and told the girl who answered that it wasn’t fixed and I think I more than overpaid! I want it fixed with no additional fee. I also do not want Kyo to come back to my house.

Logan came out to the Church for a sewer back up. The same back up we have had before and others couldn't find a problem. Logan was able to find and remove a large clog and a damaged sewer line. We are going to use Ease plumbing to come make those repairs also. Service: Sewer cleaning

I called Ease Plumbing and they took my payment, but then they never called me back to fix the problem. The company doesn't have a contact number and doesn't return calls. I tried to call them back, but their phone was disconnected. I'm so frustrated with this company.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I called them for a clogged drain and they showed up late, then broke my sink, then the plumber left without completing the job. I was stuck with no sink and no plumber, and it cost me a lot of money to fix it. I will never use this company again.
