I had a pretty bad experience yesterday . Honestly it really was ALL my fault. But my tech was TOTALLY AWESOME!!! The color I picked I truly didn't like once it hit the sun. It really made me sad. I returned to the salon. With everyone looking at me strange. May we help you? A color change please. The same tech fixed my color and made me VERY HAPPY. She wasn't angry, just a real sweetie. THANK. YOU.

very terrible! didnt match the picture at all. then tried to gaslight me into thinking something was wrong with my nail bed. then they told me itll cost extra for them to fix it.
