Moe's Southwest Grill

We got a cup of guac on the side and it was absolutely disgusting :/ it tasted so old while simultaneously having no flavor at all. None of the salsas tasted great either. Weve had Moes several times and have always had great experiences with the taste of the food. Everything tasted old and unflavored. The staff was kind enough to give us a cup of queso since the cup of guac was inedible but that didn't taste the best either. Solely writing a review in hopes something changed with the recipe/kitchen or we will not be returning.

They have a shelf for mobile orders but DON'T use it. I ordered online and came in to the see an empty shelf that literally says it's for mobile orders.. so I sat down and waited for it to be ready only for it to have been done the WHOLE TIME because apparently the shelf is only for aesthetics.. they dont put them there when they are ready as advertised by the LARGE LABELED SHELF IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE. Thank you for putting that there, it looks real purtty. I dont know who the manager is but they clearly don't use common sense..

Let me start by saying my food was REALLLY GOOD!!! However, it was filthy in there!! The workers were all young and very sweet however they needed some help. For example, if you're cooking, you should not use the same gloves you're wearing to cook to handle the register etc. Clean off the tables so patrons can sit and eat and wipe off the food counters so they don't look disgusting and covered with food.

This review is overdue. I stopped by on Monday, 02-06-23 to pick up my birthday burrito. It was almost free; had to pay taxes. I placed an online order. My food was hot & ready when I picked it up.
