I love this office! They are very helpful with reminders for appointments. Cheyenne Grim is very sweet and professional. She has helped me and my child so much with therapy. Highly recommend!

Brooklyn is amazing. Every single time I have an issue she is there to solve it. I learned she was promoted to a management position and I must say it is very well deserved. Brooklyn has an amazing attitude, very knowledgeable, and a smile that lights up the room. My son adores her and I do too! Hold onto to her because she is wonderful!!

Tina burg- I dont even know where to start! If youre ever considering therapy, I can not stress this enough of how amazing she is. She is attentive, gives her all, and will help you anyway she can. Ive been seeing her and the ceh Comunity for over a year for my ptsd and I have accomplished leaps and bounds with them- something I never thought I would be able to do. If I could give more stars I would!

With a completely empty waiting room, we were told that my daughter would have to reschedule her appointment due to a no show. We were literally there in the office. Admittedly, we were 8 minutes late due to the pouring rain. However they refused to accept her into her appointment. Besides this incident, we were already unhappy with the level of care our daughter received. Our daughter received a different medical diagnosis from her therapist than what this office diagnosed her with. Her therapist's diagnosis is in line with what she was diagnosed with when she was in the hospital. Her current medications clearly aren't working properly because she is still having issues. This further implies that she has been misdiagnosed here and is not taking the proper medication. If medications were actually prescribed for the alternate diagnosis, I believe she would be doing better. I am in the process of finding a new provider. I wouldn't trust these doctors with a gold fish.

The lack of professionalism and communication from this place is absurd. Tina (one of the therapist) blatantly lied and then avoided an adult civilized conversation with me trying to address my concerns. I had left multiple messages for her to contact me back, all to which she admitted in email to ignoring. When I sent an email she responded but she responded in a confrontational and defensive manner without any reasoning as to do such. Feel lucky if you don't get a cancellation from them, it's very typical for them to cancel sessions (both in office and virtual). Edit to add... This facility will bug you endlessly with emails, text and calls of "appointment reminders" and confirmations. Some of the therapist will miss appointments and even show up late (via virtual). This facility is not a very organized one.
