Wow! I absolutely loved my experience at A-1 Spa! I called after having pain in my shoulder and they got me in right away. I explained to my masseuse and worked the knots right out. Even found some areas I didn't know needed work on. Much thanks! So friendly and inviting, definitely coming back!

Came across A-1 Spa the other day in Monroe, NC. It's over on Morgan Mill Rd, and I am thrilled to take the time out of my day to report that I received one of the BEST massages I have had in a very long while. The new shop was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms and table was warm and very comfortable. There was very nice comforting music playing and I was so relaxed I may have fell asleep for a moment. The therapist listened to my needs for a strong massage to get into the deep knots in my muscles. I was amazed at the elimination of those knots. Normally it takes me a few sessions at other spas to achieve these results. The massage was more than worth the price for me. I forgot to ask the therapists name, but I was on a cloud for the rest of the day so it really did not matter. Will have to remember to ask next time. As I will be back on regular basis. Do yourself and your body a favor, visit and experience pure relaxation. Two huge thumbs up!!!
