        Heavily disappointed with how drawn out adding a car to my policy was. Ive been a customer since 2018 and NEVER experienced this with my other vehicle. I purchased a new car at the beginning of April and added it, did not receive proof of temporary insurance until a week later. Decided Id give it some time and inquired further today.. after not receiving my insurance card in the mail, one of the employees informed me that my new car policy still hasnt been approved by their home office- since April! Considering this is a new car and requires full coverage insurance, thats absolutely ridiculous! Im disappointed with the way this has been handled. Therefore, Ive switched to progressive. Covered and all documents and my card is viewable immediately. Do better Farm Bureau.
