      image They Suck. They decided not to re new my home owners insurance due to discoloration to my roofing tiles and loose organic material. ( Nothing more than pine needles on the roof ) I kid you not !

      image I really don't make it a habit of leaving a bad review, but in this case it is warranted. I changed policy to go with another agency due to very poor customer service. Firstly, the agent did not acknowledge my cancellation notice, no surprise there. I contacted her again and it was acknowledge. Never received any other correspondence or payment notice then to my surprise, since I was set up for autopay, I received a collection notice. I do not recommend.
