Vents leaking water from vents down stairs back of townhome Tech unable to fix due no space in attic to get to vents not happy with outcome problem was not solved you all put in A/C Heating unit 2019 no repair was done

Drew Smith was the technician that worked on my air conditioning unit today and he was very helpful. Drew explained very clearly what the problem was and worked quickly to get the issue resolved. He was a very pleasant and easy person to deal with. I will ask specifically for Drew again when maintenance is needed or when Air Conditioning troubles crop up.
