True Homes Alexander Commons

Do not buy from them or any development with true homes. They only care about the money. We had too back out of our contract due to Military and we were promised we would get at least half of our deposit back and a certain part of the stage. Found out the lady we worked with lied to us and didnt apologize. No one was sympathetic, they have ruined our lives. We had to move and they dont honor military files and orders. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY. If so could zero stars I would!!!

I wanted to purchase a house from True homes 2 years ago and I was on the waiting list and waited 3 months close to 4 and never got the chance to get one it was really disappointing since it was going to be my 1st time buying a house. I didn't like the experience. They never responded in a quick manner I always had to reach out to them to get a response it was the worst experience for me.

True Homes at Alexander Commons is absolutely great. Denise Deadwiley was a true professional and her virtual and walk tour was the best. She provided us with information about True Homes and the community and answered all our questions. We are hoping to get something in this community.
