I want to start with this, I have NEVER used this company before. Im not sure however that I would after my brief experience with them. One of their drivers was driving extremely irresponsibly in a work vehicle if theres. Speeding up on myself, cutting me off and almost hitting me with NO turn signal and then proceeding to bob in and out of traffic after that. I was able to get the plate number and the business name thankfully. I made the mistake of calling and reporting this to them vs the highway patrol. The lady I initially left my report with was great and both super understanding as to why I was calling and apologetic. She stated a Steven in safety would call me back today regarding it. My second issue starts with himself. It didnt feel as if he saw too much of an issue with what had happened. I told him what I had told the previous woman and was met with skeptical questions. Was he alone? Old? Young? Features? Granted I gave them the license plate number, MOST businesses have a list of people who have access to different vehicles in case something were to occur. I guess not them. He stated he had passed my complaint along to the site manager (I believe that is what he called him, dont quote me there) that had that truck yesterday. His tone was extremely off putting and disheartening. I did have my toddler in the car with me at the time and I believe THAT is what makes him not caring about the situation worse for me. This place is lacking is customer service and problem management skills it seems. I have nothing but praise for the lady I spoke with yesterday however.
