        did a mobile deposit of a check from my employer and they kept holding the check and changing the date it would be deposited. its been two weeks now, and no help from the bank at all! said there is nothing they can do

        Certainly in this office there is poor customer service, on two occasions they have given me problems instead of helping to solve the customer service is terrible
