Absolutely the most friendly bank I have ever been in. I can see why this is a five-star bank! All of the employees that I met were so nice! It was such a pleasure meeting and talking to Randy, Angie, Ceres, and Linda. Ceres & Angie hooked us up with everything we needed! This is the first bank I've ever gone in with the smile and left with a smile. It truly feels like family when you're there. Everyone that came in while I was there were treated like they were part of the American Bank family too. Love it!

They have the best customer service. They never did make their employees wear the ridiculous mask that does not work. I highly recommended .
