Excellent company to do business with, I highly recommend! Was able to get service quickly on both my refrigerator and washer. Vitto called when 30 minutes out, he was friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, experienced, extremely informative with tips, cause/solutions to problem, etc. (big deal for me) and answered my questions with detail, patience and was very helpful to the point of informing me of another issue he found that we did not know about which required a plumber to address so we could avoid a burst pipe. Will happily support this small business that puts people first anytime we have future appliance problems!

Wow - I am overly impressed! Vito is not only knowledgeable but kind, helpful, informative & genuine! He took the time to listen to my concern with my washer, told me upfront what would likely be the problem & cost and then when he was finished, he showed my photos of what he found & how he corrected it! He even explained details of my washer & how to care for it better to help it last. 10/10 stars - highly recommend!!
