        Took a tour of this property as potential location to relocate from Delaware, and I must say it was better than I expected. Evie gave my mother and I the tour and she was fantastic. Was able to tour both the townhomes and the single family homes and it was great to see in person the amount of space you get. This was probably the first development Ive come across that offers smart home technology, cable, wifi all for the prices listed. Definitely looking forward to making Founders Point my new residence. Fingers crossed the availability is still there, I can see this location filling up fast.

        I think some people have unrealistic expectations, all things aside I enjoy staying here. The staff is always friendly. I wish I could tip the front desk for their amazing work. Awesome staff on this property. I've always felt safe here. Great community feel.

        This place/community has alot of issues. Today, someone stole my plant that was given to me from my uncle's casket/ funeral. It is becoming beyond concerning living her. I would not ever recommend anyone to live here.

        My first time was horrible, they treated me very badly and they are racist. I did everything online and in the end I asked for help and they never gave it to me.
