Really disappointed with my experience. My husband and I have been loyal and frequent customers for years. I have printed all my childrens birthday invitations and various shower invitations here and was really pleased. This time when I received my invitations it looked like I had printed them myself at home and hadnt taken the time to cut them appropriately. When I picked them up the first time the person working said he didnt do them so he couldnt help me. So to be fair I paid for them, and said I would come back in the morning. Returned this morning and the man who did them said he had to cut them that way, but if I wanted to cut them myself the machine was in the back. Hes the only one working, and didnt have time. Granted I would have dropped them off and returned later, but instead I just asked him to throw them away because they were unacceptable to send in the mail with the way they looked. Wasnt offered a refund. Really, really disappointed with the customer service and we wont be returning.
