Quality Service Today Plumbing & Septic

We called this company to come give us a quote to fix a minor leak in our house, which was due to a loose fixture upstairs. When they came they walked around the whole house, told us all the piping in our home needs to be replaced, and quoted us $50,000. They also pH tested our water and when the result was 6 they claimed it was "battery acid" (extremely misleading). Overall they used a lot of scare tactics and seemed to be trying to take advantage of us being younger and newer homeowners. I am glad we went with someone else who was more trustworthy and didn't rip us off.

Noticed that our septic needed servicing and called Quality & they came out same day! They sent texts with technicians info, picture & background before arriving. Was great price & Jeremy (our tech) was on time & very professional. Even referred neighbor who got service same day! Will definitely be using again for septic & plumbing needs. The company was very responsive and had their service person out very quickly. He was very professional and courteous. Their trip charge was also very reasonable compared to other plumbing contractors. Unfortunately, their quote for the repair was higher than we were prepared to pay. A customer service representative called afterwards to discuss our situation and was very nice and clearly explained their quote. Our situation was a bit unusual, and their standard quote for the work assumed a more extensive repair effort would be needed. Well consider using them in the future if the need arises.

The home is over 40 years old with the original well. Water was running slow through all faucets and toilet tanks would take forever to fill. I needed a new pressure tank and fittings. The men of Quality Service Today diagnosed the problem and went right to work. Thank you!
