Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Sales staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They were all very efficient. Pleasantly surprised as well when paint was less expensive than shown online.

I have used this Sherwin Williams location for many, many gallons of paint over the last couple of years and have been so pleased with the customer service, the knowledge of the staff, and my overall experience. Ive noticed a change in the atmosphere of the store and the level of friendliness of the staff recently, but still have been able to get what I needed. Yesterday, 2/27/24, however, it was so unpleasant that I am not planning to return, and will try to find another company to work with moving forward. When answering my questions, the staff was condescending, short, and dismissive. They seemed reluctant to help and frustrated that I wanted to speak with them. I felt like a nuisance, and I was the only customer in the store. I was browsing after speaking with them and overheard some similar condescending and unprofessional speech directed at an employee as well as a very awkward encounter with an outside salesperson. I couldnt select my colors and get out of there quickly enough. Disappointing.
