        I was in the process of buying one of their homes and came to find out that my debt ratio income was a little high. I was disappointing because I had to save 9K in order to purchase my dream home in a four month period to pay off debt at closing. I was not able to do it in a short period of time. And couldnt get my home, but they were very professional and explaining to me what I need to do to get our dream home. maybe in the future when the interest rates go down it wont be so hard and Ill be able to purchase one of their homes until then they explained everything I needed to do to accomplish my dream. Thank you Ben Shapiro for a lesson and well learned,And to Shelia for being one of their sales agent realtors your so understanding and helped me even though I got disappointed
