Sorry customer service totaled a car Feb.18th still waiting to get all my money back..nobody in there knows what they are talking about girl tried to make a copy of title to totaled car and give me back the original and them keep the copy..have called my adjuster several times never returns call..sent my agent a email asking him to help and no reply from him either

Have NCFBI for home and car insurance. We have a much better quote from Geico on our car insurance and called see the price change if we were to only have home owners insurance (removing the car). He tried to sell me on reasons to stay but when I told him price was my #1 concern he seemed to get irritated. I was told that if I switch car insurance to switch homeowners too because I was going to be canceled anyway at renewal. "We legally don't have to offer you anything but car insurance" - Johnathan Caudill. I called another local office who explained that this is not policy and the company wont just indiscriminately for not holding auto insurance. *We went over all scenarios where that is possible and they did not apply to me* My wife told me to switch companies after being threatened with cancelation but I chose to switch agents instead. TLDR; Had a fine experience until I tried to reduce coverage... then I was quite literally told to take my business elsewhere.
