Signature Flooring

Had them come for an estimate on a Thursday, said Id get quote by Monday. Called Tuesday and was given the phone number of the lady that came and took measurements and was told to shoot her a text and have still not heard back from anyone.

Signature Flooring installed hardwood and new carpet in our recently purchased home. We had a tight timeline between the close date on the house and our move-in. Liz and Todd were wonderful to work with. Todd came out the day after we called to review our project, show us samples, and make suggestions so that we could move quickly. The floors were installed on time as promised, and they look amazing. Very happy with our new floors and overall experience!

We had a great experience with the Signature Flooring team! Chelsea was great to work with, she was very quick getting back with us on any questions we had. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after the job was finished. Would denfinitely recommend them!

We need to patch some areas of our hardwood flooring for various improvement projects. We have some left over material from the install about 10 years ago, but not enough. Unfortunately our make is discontinued, which is not uncommon. I called the store and Liz did some research and was able to find another vendor that sill had some leftover stock. I was able to go online and order exactly what I needed! We will continue working with Signature Flooring as we eye more projects in the future.
