Did not show up for appointment and no call to follow up Update: after a couple weeks of rescheduling the crew came out to clean the gutters. Mike and his crew were amazing and so friendly. Id recommend his crew to anyone needing this work done. Getting the scheduling on track was still tedious even after being promised theyd keep in contact.

Louis and Mike showed up on time Saturday morning, braved the August heat and installed a new chimney crown, the work was done right and professional, I would recommend them and use them again. Great work guys.

Wow, justwow! Ive never been treated so well and professionally by any other team in the trade! I had a chimney cleaning done last week by another company and was only looking for a quote to scrub the fireplace today. Lewis and his Derek came in and discovered the other company did not clean the area above the damper. He not only fit me into his schedule on the spot, but discounted the re-clean and purchase/install of a flex crown to prevent issues with weathering to make up for the loss Im stuck with since the other company refuses to refund me.
