        Not a very good experience and 0 return communication with their corporate office when an issue was brought to their attention. I will be seeking automotive repair work elsewhere even if it means going to the Dealership which is not a good idea at all as there has never been a good experience at any Dealership I have ever been to

        Should be able to choose zero Im pretty disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. I took my car in for an alignment noticed they did inspections and also had windshield wipers. I needed all that done. I had an engine light in and the guy told me they would need to run diagnostics and it would cost $120 just for the test. Later when I left I realized I have a HUM device and didnt really need the $120 test and felt like an idiot but then I grabbed my jacket in the seat and there sat my HUM. Not only did they unplug it they never said anything about it nor did they plug it back in but they took my $120 and a quote for about $1000 worth of work. So I will be getting my parts from the list and getting done somewhere else. Thats just really really bad practice when youre dishonest to make more money. I wouldnt have given any star but wouldnt let me post so thats why I gave them 1

      Kristin, HUM devices are just like the devices at most Auto parts stores that only pull the codes that are causing the check engine light to come on. Once our mechanics have those codes, they then perform at diagnostic exam to see what needs to be done to fix these codes. The codes do not tell pertinent information needed to complete the repairs. Such as if a code comes up for an evap leak, the mechanic has to find where the leak is occurring. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and I am very sorry to hear that expectation was not met during your visit.
