I bought a home from Mathers realty.
The listing was exaggerated. Updated in 2021 as brand new. Supposed to have all new vinyl siding windows and architectural roof. It wasn't my inspector's job to see how new it is or how old it. his job was to perform an inspection and make sure it's in working order. My inspector did fail the mention about three Windows, they don't stay open and one with moisture in it. And one part of the roof that was new . a metal flat roof added on of the rear deck that leaks. Come to find out the homeowner installed it himself and didn't know what he was doing but regardless its was advertised as all new and it wasn't. From a good source my windows and siding are roughly 20 years old and the main roof is roughly 10 years old. I never did find the movable cutting board inside the kitchen island. In a fine print it says. LVP stands for luxury according to the sample piece that I had that I took to Lowe's. It is not. The floor is a cheaper laminate.
