We had Carolina Plumbing Pros out to our house to investigate a leak in our current tankless water heater. They quickly found the issue and recommendations to fix the problem. Unfortunately, it looked like the whole unit was going to need replaced despite only being 6 years old. Stefan made calls/worked with the current water heaters warranty department and was able to get a brand new water heater for us. They ordered and installed next day. Stefan was TREMENDOUS to work with. Very professional, on time, and communicated with my wife and I through the whole process. Mykola completed the install for us. He also was timely, communicated with us, and did a fantastic job with the install/clean up. He described how the system works and what was needed to maintain our new warranty. Both guys were excellent to work with and cannot recommend them enough!

My hot water heater started leaking on Sunday morning, 3/10/24. I called Carolina Plumbing Pros. Destiny answered the call and had a technician contact me to walk me through the process of shutting the system down and an appointment was made for Monday morning. Scott, the technician, called me right away on Sunday. I couldnt understand how to shut it down so he came to my home on Sunday, on his own time, shut it down and emptied the water. The installation technician Mykola, called me when he was on the way and was at my house at 9am Monday. He installed the new unit and left my garage even cleaner than it was before. It is important to note that this was my FIRST time dealing with Carolina Plumbing Pros. I was not an established customer but was treated with such wonderful concern and professionalism. I would recommend this company to everyone with any plumbing needs. I certainly will be using them again for other projects in my home. Thank you, Carol Mazzanti-Koehler
