As someone whos suffered from IBS for years, I was hoping for two things when I originally reached out to Corrie 1. Someone who acknowledged that I wasnt crazy or making myself sick 2. Someone who understood everything Id been feeling (stress, anxiety, depression, etc.) Corrie was both of those things in the initial moments of our very first call. Corrie taught me that everything Id been dealing with was very real. I didnt need to go on a strict diet or cut out entire food groups. The whole process felt natural. It didnt feel like my normal routine was being disrupted and she never said I had to stop eating my favorite foods. Thank you, Corrie! Youve listened and created hope for my future that didnt exist before.

Corrie is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable in her field. Working with her changed my life. I learned so much about myself and about nutrition. She challenged all the lies I believed about myself image and the diet/exercise industry. If it weren't for her, I'd still be stuck in a cycle of disordered and restrictive eating.

I'm so thankful for Corrie, she helped me through some leaky gut issues I was having. I cannot recommend her enough. She is so kind and patient and truly wants to help. My experience with Corrie was wonderful and so much better than previous experiences with other dieticians. To begin with, there was no weigh-in which was a delight to my soul! Corrie's approach is that you don't have to be rail thin to be healthy; we are all difference shapes and sizes but, no matter your size, you can always make better and healthier eating choices. Where Corrie excelled was her ability to determine the underlying reasons why I often made bad food choices and to help me deal with those reasons. She encouraged me to drink more fluids, eat snacks between meals so I wasn't constantly starving and yes, I could have pizza on Fridays!! Doesn't get much better than that! She also gave me tips for reducing cholesterol and blood sugar levels. I recommend her without hesitation.
