Matthews Health & Rehab Center

This place need a lot of updating and remodeling. It's hard for people who live long distance from a love one and can't call and talk with them because the staff to busy to let you talk with your family. Its unfortunate that families who want to speak with there parents or whom ever cant. Its not like some of the residents can pick up the phones themselves they need help. No good parking, no space in rooms to put there belongings if you have roommate. Some staff are great and some just don't have great people skills. Some days hospitality is great and some days it's not.

This is an older facility so it needs some updating. Handicap parking is needed as well as electric doors with a button to open them. Resident rooms need updating too. Hopefully the food will improve with the new owners. Thankfully the staff is wonderful.

The staff here are awesome, very caring not only for the residents but also their families. You couldnt ask for a more supportive staff. We hope with the new owners there will be more support for the staff, more activities/outings for the patients, better food, electronic door openers for handicapped residents and visitors to be able to access the building. It would also be helpful to have handicap parking close to the front door. We see some of the redecorating in the lobby. I hope they will update the residentss room as well.

Needs handicapped parking close to building. Current parking is at bottom of parking lot making it difficult to walk up hill to building. Building needs a handicap door button to enter & exit building since door is very heavy. Ice cream parlor still isnt open since Covid pandemic. Staff is wonderful & caring.

This is an amazing place! Everyone is so welcoming with tremendous staff giving complete support. Very clean and kept up couldnt ask for more.
