Went to this location for Gastro services. Wasnt really happy with the provider who originally saw me as he didnt really address my issue. Asked to switch providers and the lady on the phone said they would have to determine if anybody else would see me because they dont share patients? Told me my request would take two days to two weeks. Said they dont share patients. How would they be sharing a patient if I was seeing a new provider and not the other? This concept seemed way beyond her comprehension. Still havent heard back. Pretty bad

Have been trying for over a year to get my endoscopy/ colonoscopy scheduled. Have gotten two clearances from my other doctors, and the last I heard from them was as soon as they got the doctors schedule they would contact me. Never heard from them again. This is the second time I have been told they would call me back with scheduling and never did.

I'm really impressed with the caring and professional attitude of
ALL staff members, which includes doctors and PA's. I never feel
like I'm a "number" with this practice......very kind and pleasant!!! SR
