Working with this company has entered the theatre of the absurd. After terrible customer service (nobody answers the phone or returns your calls) we cancelled our policies several months ago. I pointed out to the agency that the policy was still active on the website. Policy was cancelled and we received a refund check. Finally, issue is finally closed... Except I received a bill today, past due for the policy we cancelled months ago. Back on the phone Monday to get them to stop billing us.

I cant say enough good things about the service I received from my agent, Michael. He helped me tremendously during a tough time and explained things in an easy to understand way. He found a policy that suits my needs and budget, and was so friendly in the process. I highly recommend Moulton Insurance, and especially Michael for all of your insurance needs.
