Drew McKeithan is absolutely everything you would want in an agent - knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and capable. Drew helped my husband and I find competitive quotes for our auto, home, and umbrella policies. He takes the time to explain things and always makes himself available to answer any questions we have with thoughtful, detailed responses.
I recently had an auto claim with a few issues and Drew stepped in immediately and assisted with getting my claim handled promptly. He truly goes above and beyond and delivers exceptional customer service. I fully trust that he has our best interests in mind and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced agent!

Melanie came highly recommended by our realtor when we moved to the area two years ago. We have five policies through her and have been more than satisfied. If she doesnt answer the phone, youll get a call back shortly. Recently, with no input from me, she submitted a review of one of our policies which caused a $950 refund check and a reduction in our premium! Good luck finding that kind of service anywhere else.

Over the last year Ive moved my family over a 1,000 miles to a new state/home. Melanie Was fantastic is helping ease the burden of obtaining homeowners insurance while bundling all my existing policies to what became a better insurance package at a lower price.
Last week she reached out to advise me that she was able to save my family a significant amount of money by making some policy changes while obtaining better coverages.

I would first like to give a special thank you to Drew! He is such an amazing help. He was able to save me money with my car insurance and home owners insurance on my new home! Other company quoted me sooo much money, hundreds more! After meeting Drew, his first quote was the best one. I was ready to sign on the dotted line immediately....
