        My very last visit was a COMPLETE disaster and I NEVER experienced anything like it! I left out of the shop with my hair partly finished. Then, Kaila expected me to pay full price for a style that was NOT complete! To add further frustration, she was very condescending and even called her mother! She did not even try to fix the issue or reschedule! After further examination of my hair, some braids did not have hair crocheted. Hairdressers provide a service! My next call is to the licensing and regulation board!!! Service: Twist braids
