Beware of this business, most of all the owner. The owner is absolutely ruthless towards homeowners in Charlotte. He will buy acres of land and squeeze in as many homes as possible. He will use his money and power to bully neighbors around his projects. He has cursed and screamed at them, lied to them and threatened them. He will apply for zoning variances and beg city council to get around the zoning and regulations single homeowners must follow so that he and Simonini (his builder partner) can be given preferential treatment. I cannot imagine how anyone would want to invest with this morally bankrupt bully.
