This rating is solely based on Sue. I brought a new/in package item in to see if I could return it 1 day passed the return window. (I wasnt expecting to but wanted to try because of what i was told when i called in the morning) Sue said no I couldnt return so i asked if i could return without receipt for store credit then. She kept saying they cant do returns on any baby items (so you sell stuff you wont take back even though policy is to do baby returns?) and got on her headset and told her manager that I bought the item from Babies R Us a store thats out of business!! I repeatedly said no I bought it from here (while showing her my order) can you please tell the manager that, she shook her head no and refused to give the correct information. Thankfully she asked the manager Debbie to come and talk to me. The first thing I said was I bought this from bed bath beyond debbie replied yea she told me babies r us. Debbie was a little nicer and helped me out but Sue, you should probably not work retail anymore if you cant be polite and truthful. I could tell the minute I walked in that she was grumpy and was going to be difficult.

Their stock was better than in previous months. However items they show as having in stock on line were actually not in stock. They still they pots, pans etc, but its store brand stuff that is cheaper and not as good quality. They still carry the Calphalon and Al-Clad and others but not as many. And definitely not as many kitchen gadgets. As I was looking for something specific that showed as having on line. Wasn't in the store so I had to shop elsewhere. I would not hard core stop shopping there but definitely would not shop there as much.

The store is very well laid out. The staff is very helpful. Courtney went above and beyond helping me find a sale item.
