DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to this bank and use their ATM because you may put money in it and it doesn't credit it to your account nor does it give the money back!!!! And when that happens this bank can't do anything about it because they do not have access to it! How do you have an ATM outside of the bank and you can't get it? Oh I know because they can barely handle the job they already have! Makes sense! And when you finally get ahold of someone in customer service they tell you it's going to take 90 DAYS for them to give you YOUR MONEY! Even though the ATM gave a receipt to show how much was deposited, when it was deposited, and what the problem was! UPDATE of course, the branch manager told us that they pick up the money at the machine very Wednesday (or so she thought) and we had to wait... Well of course today is Wednesday and NOTHING! So we gave money to an ATM just for it to disappear into the thin air! And not to mention she stated that this happens A LOT! REALLY?! It happens a lot and y'all don't think it's important to tell anyone and fix it! They just need to close this branch because it honestly does absolutely nothing!! The only convenience was the ATM and that doesn't even work properly!

I began banking with FNB in Mint Hill in 2015, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The bank manager, Melissa Fields, helped me get an auto loan even when the NC SECU would not approve me (SECU wouldnt count my children's SSI death benefits from their father as income, despite the fact that the minivan was for them lol! I have GREAT credit). I paid the loan off btw. The staff have also been there to help me with starting my own business, when I was going through an IRS audit, and when I underwent identify fraud. They always remember me by my first name when I walk in, and always respond quickly to my emails or phone calls. I have since moved from Mint Hill, but I still call them anytime I need help. They may be a big bank, but the employees at this branch are all fantastic.
