        I have been a member of Skyla (formally Charlotte Metro Credit Union) for over 30+ years. Their service has all ways been top notch. Everyone I have ever dealt with has been friendly courteous and accommodating. Their rates have always been very competitive. You cannot go wrong becoming a member.

        CMCU is now Skyla and their once customer service centric approach has been replaced with an apparent CORPORATE attitude. I have been a customer for many years and always appreciated them, now, a simple mobile deposit is held for days even though there is 100 times that amount in my account to cover it. If I drive to the branch, that same check is not held. Just an annoying policy that does not take the customer into account. Fortunately there are lots of banking options out there to move to.
