        Came in today to submit a wire. Made sure to show up in person, to make sure there were no mistakes with anything on the wire. It took FOUR HOURS to get the wire 4 eyed after we left the branch. Its actually insane to me, as a person who works in a bank, and works with wires frequently, how it would take over FOUR HOURS at a local branch for a simple wire that was approved IN PERSON, LIVE, before noon to go through any sort of check. Thanks for nothing.

        The staff in here is extremely unhelpful. I've had my wallet stolen so i needed to create a new account. They refused to take the paper copy of my ID the state-issued me. Until I got the hard copy in the mail. They will not try to help out at all. Do not come to this bank. There are definitely better ones around the area.
