Our a/c wasn't working, so we took the earliest available appointment which was four or five days later. We were told to expect the repairman by noon of that day. When he never arrived, we called at 2 and left a message on voicemail. The repairman never showed up and noone ever called back. We ended up going with Mountain Heating & Cooling in Old Fort who fixed our a/c problems quickly and professionally.

This company is hands-down the most honest and professional heating and cooling company in our area. After being charged over $200 by another company to provide me diagnostics on why my furnace was not running, and being told that I needed an $800 part, I reached out to friends who recommended a second opinion by Stacy Crisp and Company. I felt that this was an exuberant amount of money and the company who wanted to order the $800 part told me they were unable to divulge the information on the part that they were ordering. Sounds kind of shady. Stacy, after finding out my predicament, was at my house the next morning, and within 10 minutes was able to make a correct diagnosis and repair it quickly for $40 plus one flat service fee. I was shown what the issue was, and explained what was going to be done. I am more than thrilled with the professionalism, promptness, and integrity of Stacy and his company.
