It's a good place to hike & work out your muscles in your legs & get your blood flowing. Parking: A little dirt area in front of the pathway you will be walking on your hike. It's not a popular area always room to park. Dog-friendliness: Keep your dog on a leash when you're hiking.

Nice small trail. Easy loop with access to the mountains to sea trail. Restrooms, parking lot and picnic tables all near by.

Multiple trails, the fitness trail, however is not well maintained.

I wish I got to explore more back here. There is a lot of double-track along the base of the mountain but woods mountain/woods mountain trail are awesome single track sections. It was very quiet, but seems like a pretty popular place for equestrian riders.

Nice little hike but trails need some maintenance and the exercise stations need repaired due to several having rotten timber pieces. But over all not a bad hike
