I used Creef Works to replace my 50-year old septic system. Dale Ward at Creef Works is the BEST!!! Incredibly responsive and took the time to explain the job and answer my questions. He and his team performed the work as scheduled and went above and beyond to do the job right. They did a phenomenal job!! Fair prices, great quality and dependable. Our truck broke down on the last day of our vacation as we were trying to get home. Without exaggeration, we had called every other mechanic within 25 miles and no one else was able to see us sooner than a few days or even longer. The friendly owner John quickly returned my call and sent out a mobile mechanic who arrived in a timely manner and soon got us back on the road. For a fair price, too. They saved us hundreds of dollars by avoiding paying for a tow and hotel room for at least a few days. We really appreciate them being able to accommodate us on short notice and highly recommend their services!

John is a really great guy! He is honest, fair, and he does exactly what he promises. He will work with you throughout every thing (including payments). John was able to complete the installation of the brand new septic system and drain in only a few days without disrupting my tenants at all. I was referred to John by my mom after he did an outstanding job at her residence too. John is the local hero of the Outer Banks (OBX). A man of many trades and talents. He has a heart of pure gold. I grew up with Johns brother, Brian. Never knew years later, John would become my knight in shining armor. Great job John! Thanks for everything! You have a lifetime client in me..... ps.
