D&S Pump And Well Company

Donny, Tina and their crew are amazing! Really appreciated Donny, showing up on time and communicating the whole process of repairing our well. And, any wife (Tina, thank you!) that comes out to help on a job is awesome to me! The crew even came later to see if Donny needed extra help because it took a little longer than thought. I will recommend D&S Pump to anyone that has well issues.

Our well/water pump was not working after a power outage in Denver, NC. I called early in the morning and an appointment was set for noon. Brandon and Shane came on time, reviewed everything and performed a diagnosis of the problem. They quickly identified the issue, replaced bad quality parts that were installed by the company that installed our well, charged the tank with their compressor to the right pressure (38 should be for our tank), and put quality stainless steel parts that will not corrode or minerals/sediments be attached to it. (Picture showing the copper switch nipple with all the built up sediments). This company is transparent, quick and offers a solid solution. We are happy to have this type of people working closely to our home, and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Donnie and his guys were absolutely wonderful. VERY knowledgeable, respectful and started with the basics for diagnosing to figure out our well issues vs just selling us to rebuild everything when not necessary. We did end up needing to replace the actual well pump due to a crack, and they did it same afternoon! Even cleaned up the prior poor craftsmanship and got everything up and going again in no time. Extremely reasonable price especially given the knowledge, service and quality provided. 11/10 recommend! 11 months later, found water and wasnt sure if pressure tank related. Of course on a holiday weekend. Left voicemail and Donnie was to my house within an hour! On a holiday weekend. He was so helpful- Truly cant recommend this company enough!
