Climate Control Storage 4-U

We have had the storage building for at least 4 years and it has been a great experience the floors are always clean the shelter is very personal and clean and I recommend it to everybody climate control I recommend it my wife and I just love it

Over the past three weeks, I have reached out to every storage rental near Western Carolina University and have found no openings. Not only did I find no openings, but with each call I made I was told one of two general responses, "we don't have any" or "try our waitlist". I was forced to widen my search to further areas including Maggie Valley. I kept getting the same responses until I called Storage 4 U. Mr. Eddie picked up the phone and was honest and kind about having no availability. What really touched me was hearing him say one thing I haven't heard from any of the 30+ storage units, "Let's find you a storage unit." He was the only person to assure me that he wanted to help. Less than a week later he found an opening and called me to walk me through it. The entire process was a breeze to say the least, and it was extremely simple and flexible to the renter. Not to mention the prices are great! My single regret I have is that I didn't call sooner, so I truly mean this when I say thank you Storage 4 U!

Great storage facility! I have two units here, the customer service is incredible. Eddie has been one of the best managers I've worked with. Great pricing, new and very clean facilities that are nicely climate controlled. I would recommend them any day of the week!
