Wonderful experience, professional, prompt & quality work! After a strong windstorm rolled through and loosing some shingles, we called Chris to come take a look and see what needed to be fixed. He came by to assess the damage in a very timely manner and not only did he assess the visible damaged spot on the roof, he checked the entire roof for any other damage we may not have seen and gave us an fair estimate. He was hired! He came back to do the repairs that same week and not only did he match the very old shingle color perfectly, he also did a very clean repair and cleaned up after himself. Just as luck would have it, another strong storm came through and blew off a few more shingles on a different part of the roof. We called Chris again and dealt with the same promptness and professionalism as we did the first time. We know our roof will be need to be replaced and when that time comes, we will be definitely be calling Chris.

I had part of my roof blow off three stories up. I called and got on their schedule for the following week. Two days later they called me and said they had another job close to my house and would I want them to go ahead and look at my roof. They rolled up twenty minutes later which is a miracle unto itself in this area as many companies just never show up. After a quick chat where I pointed into the sky at the problem; I watched Chris climb 40 feet up tools in hand ameliorating the issues. A hour or two later it was fully assessed inspected and fixed with a few future recommendations and a smile. Easy peasy. I would and will absolutely use them again for any roofing needs. Had a great experience with the folks at Roof Guy WNC. Needed to get 2 skylights replaced and a sun tunnel. Their estimate was almost half of any other estimate. Brandon's responses were prompt and courteous. They were able to get to the job within a few days (unlike the weeks other places wanted), did it all in 1 afternoon, and did a very good job. Also did a great cleanup of the roof (including blowing off the entire roof of branches) and the area on the ground. Very professional group of people, you can't go wrong with them.
