Always a great experience the staff is so accommodating friendly makes you feel like family great value for the money and awsome breakfast bar if you need anything just ask felt like home away from home thanks to Cherie and Ms.Carla they are awsome at what they do its so nice to see this thank you so much Rooms: Great rooms always ask for one which is pet friendly and the mountain view is awsome thanks Walkability: Rooms nice and clean pet friendly,convenient to stores and restaurants

Better than it had to be! The staff and owners provided exemplary service that eliminated the stigma associated with affordable stays. When I arrived, the owner was working on room inspections. I was happy to return to the front desk and be reassigned a room, because it set the tone that this location is cared about. The linens and bathroom were spotless. Despite being at the top of the stairs, the room was quiet. If anything, you can tell when your neighbors are in the shower, but that's expected. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the atmosphere is certainly appreciated. Those with the mindset of needing a clean/dry/comfortable place to sleep while visiting/passing through, this is your spot! Those that expect liquor on a beer budget - do us all a favor and remind yourselves what this stay is costing you. No one needs your negativity, and the crew at Best Western Mountainbrook Inn should be celebrated for their efforts. Thanks for having me, and I will be back!
