Donleigh Properties

Three stars is giving a lot. When Donleigh bought out Campbells for Walnut Manor, we immediately got a rent increase without consideration of being in a lease, I guess a welcome to the neighborhood. They never came to change filters, check alarms, etc. When my apartment flooded, I called and reported water pouring in my window, they said they'd come repair it when the rain stopped. I didn't see them for days and I finally reached out again, they came the following day to finally repair it. DEPOSITS...they'll take them for any little reason they can give. They keep it if you give a less than 30 day notice of leaving as a "courtesy" to them. Its no where in their lease agreement. Apparently it'll take $500 to repaint a whole apartment because of two fifty cent piece spots where the command strip pulled the paint. They gave me my $150 that was left because I said I would retain a lawyer for my deposit. I wouldn't rent from Donleigh again.

If you rent from these guys you better forget about your deposit. We met all their conditions and even cleaned the apartment after moving out. Theyve been dodging us for 2 months, not even answering the door at the office. Theyre HBH, home but hiding.
