        By my experience Fresh foods IGA isnt to accommodating to those that are diabetics i spoke with Arren Stone at the corporate office he emphasized to me that IGA couldnt get Our Family 100% Whole Wheat bread you can get Natures Own for about $4.38 however i see it advertised on Facebook on a Jan 28th post!!! Our Family 100% whole wheat bread!!! Fresh Foods IGA to me seems rather high on prices Ive heard others in the area complain about prices being high as well IGA needs some competition however IGA opens in rural areas where they are no competition and seems to me & others they charge what they choose and therefore prices remain high!!!
