CenturyLink scheduled an installation appointment for me on Friday, February 4, 2022. I drove 300 miles to the property to wait on an installation window of 8:00am - 5:00pm. At 4:30pm I called for status at 12:00pm and was told the technician was coming out. I called again at 4:30pm and was told there was an error in the system and no technician was coming out... CenturyLink told me their system would not allow them to reschedule my installation appointment until 3-5 business days and they would call me. Well...it's been 5 days and nobody has called to reschedule the appointment. This is very unacceptable and I will share this story with others to avoid this type of inconvenience, time wasted, and cost in travel. If there is an Executive, President, or Owner who has read this message...please provide me with any type of update. Thank you CenturyLink.
