      We are very sorry you were disappointed. Some shoppers really object to us "hovering" while they're shopping and others like us to help. We can't tell which is which by sight. Our shop is staffed entirely by volunteers and some days we don't have enough volunteers to cover everything as well as we'd like. Please don't let one faulty experience keep you away...give us another chance. It's an important cause we all work for!
