Traci with GoPrime Mortgage is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about her clients. We received a pre-approval from someone else, who informed us that they could not offer grants for first-time home buyers. Then we approached our personal bank, which informed us that the home and location were not eligible. However, Traci, on the other hand, worked with my realtor to persuade us to give GoPrime Mortgage a chance to review our case. Not only did Traci secure a grant for us, but she also made us feel like we were her only clients. If you have any questions, she responded to texts or phone calls with answers within the hour, usually within minutes. Traci made the home buying process way less stressful.
