Everyone was very friendly and catered to our kids upon entering. Food came out in a timely manner and was fresh. I had to take my sandwich back to the counter because the bacon was not cooked to my satisfaction. Now, everyone likes their bacon different so I give them a little slack on that subject. After explaining my issue the team made me a new sandwich which was exactly how I like it. Point is, they made a mistake and they fixed it! Cannot ask for a much better experience!

I am visiting from Ohio and I stopped here with my friends . The food was awful! The fries were super old and salty. When we asked for new fries they got upset . They accused us of just wanting more fries even though we gave the fries back. They were beyond rude and full attitude. This is definitely not southern hospitality.

Would give it no stars if I could. Never have I ever dealt with such rude staff at ANY fast food restaurant. Literally from ordering our food they were impatient, snippy and rude. The fries were disgusting and old, the burger patty in my whopper was beyond burnt and over cooked, and the entire experience was horrible. I want my money back. The treatment and food we got from the workers there wasnt even worth a dollar.
